About The ASH PTA
The mission of the Albany School of Humanities Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is to support the educational experience of each student at Albany School of Humanities (ASH) by fostering relationships between parents, teachers and community members.
The PTA connect parents, faculty, and students with the common goal of making our school community a better place for all. All family members, teachers, staff, and community members are welcome to join the PTA! The PTA sponsors field trips, staff appreciation gifts, and reimbursement for classroom supplies. Each year, the ASH PTA sponsors educational and social events to positively impact the lives of each student. PTA members are vital to the success of our students school experience!
The PTA’s main role is:
to foster a sense of community among ASH families, accomplished through meetings and events
to support families and teachers in educating children at ASH (annual supply drives, reimbursements to teachers)
organizing enriching events such as author visits and cultural celebrations
to raise money for the school community to use for core activities and events.
